Copperbelt submits prospectus to BaFin

The Board of Copperbelt AG is pleased to announce, that all preparations for the listing of Copperbelt AG, including the finishing of a prospectus are near to completion. The prospectus was filed to BaFin on 30th of September 2011 for approval. The company is confident to achieve the primary listing at the Open Market of Frankfurt Stock Exchange within the next weeks, after approval of the prospectus.
